WELCOME! Are you considering a Doula for your birth? If so, you have landed in the right place. Birth is such an amazing journey. As a Doula, I am here to provide you with the support you and your family need to birth with confidence. I have always been inspired by the strength of women and the miracle of birth. Every birth person deserves to have someone there to guide and assist them in making educated decisions about their pregnancy, birth and beyond. That is why I became a Doula and I am proud to serve women and families throughout the area. I will provide unbiased information and emotional support. An important reminder to all birth persons around this time is to trust the strength of their bodies. I look forward to supporting you.

length of labor and beyond

Decrease in the length of labor

Increased breastfeeding success rates

Decrease in negative childbirth experiences

“Evidence suggests that, in addition to regular nursing care, continuous one-to-one emotional support provided by support personnel, such as a doula, is associated with improved outcomes for women in labor. Benefits found in randomized trials include shortened labor, decreased need for analgesia, fewer operative deliveries, and fewer reports of dissatisfaction with the experience of labor.”
